We recently purchased a 2024 EPIC E60L ULTIMATE LITHIUM EDITION in blue from ULTIMATE CARTS in Winter Park, and the experience was fantastic! Our sales person, Carlos, went above and beyond. Not only does he have a great personality and provide fantastic customer service, but he also delivered our cart to our house the same day we purchased it—after hours! He stayed open just to make sure we got our cart that day. After bringing the cart home, we encountered a small issue with the charging, but Carlos and the team at ULTIMATE CARTS were quick to resolve it. Our old golf cart needed to be replaced. Since we've been driving it for 20 years (we bought it used in 2003), we decided to research as much as we could to see what improvements have been made since then. The changes since then are amazing. We decided on an Icon. It had all the features my husband wanted and seemed to be of extremely high quality. We went to UItimate Carts on 17-92 in Orlando, Fl. We fell in love with the Epic E-40. It had everything we wanted and MORE. Just as important to us, the customer service is excellent.
